Orders and Payment

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. We may contact you to clarify an order, verify payment, or correct an address before dispatch. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request; fulfillment remains subject to stock availability and successful payment processing.

If a product becomes unavailable or an obvious pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you with the available options. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices, Shipping, and Import Costs

The final amount charged by the store is presented in USD at checkout. Shipping is free worldwide on all products. We cover applicable import duties, customs charges, and related delivery fees, so you should not have to make an additional payment to receive your order. If a carrier requests such a payment, contact us before paying.

Orders normally ship within 1 to 3 days. Delivery is estimated at 6 to 12 days from order placement, subject to carrier operations, destination conditions, and customs review. These are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will notify you and offer a revised time or cancellation with a full refund.

Changes, Delivery Issues, and Returns

If you need to change an order or delivery address, contact us promptly. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot promise a change once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, let us know so we can review and resolve the issue.

Returns may be requested within 60 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 days after the return is received and approved, using the original payment method.
